What To Know About Applying Through Bob.ai 
 
  
We utilize the Bob.ai platform to manage all our applications and referrals. To set up an account, you will require an email address. If you don't have an email account, you can create a free one at www.gmail.com. When you create an application, we strongly suggest providing a cell phone number capable of receiving text messages, enabling us to send you weekly updates regarding your position on the waitlist.  
 
 


Voucher Programs Application 


We have one common application for all our voucher programs, including Project Based Vouchers. We maintain a separate waitlist for programs and our 18 Project-Based Voucher Properties. You submit one application and will be automatically added to 19 waitlists. To apply, you will need to provide your birth certificate, social security card, and a valid form of ID.  
 
 
If you are invited to apply for a property you are not interested in, kindly take a moment and click on the link in the email and let us know that you are not interested. This will help us invite the next applicant in line.

Public Housing Application

 
We have one common application for our 11 properties. You apply once and are automatically added to 11 waitlists. To apply, you will need to provide your birth certificate, social security card, and a valid form of ID.  
 
 
If you are invited to apply for a property you are not interested in, kindly take a moment and click on the link in the email and let us know that you are not interested. This will help us invite the next applicant in line.

Checking your position on all our Waitlists 


As mentioned above, once an application is submitted, you are added to several waitlists automatically. Every Sunday night, we run our waitlists and send an email with your current position on all the waitlists you're a part of.

Invitation to Apply and Procedure for Unresponsive Applicants 
  
After extending an invitation for you to submit your full online application, we anticipate receiving it within two weeks. We'll notify you via email, text message (SMS), and a robocall. If we do not receive your completed online application within this period, we will dispatch a postal letter notifying you of your impending removal from our application process. If we do not receive your complete application within two weeks following this notification, you will be removed from all of our waitlists.

HUD develops income limits based on Median Family Income estimates and Fair Market Rent area definitions for each metropolitan area, parts of some metropolitan areas, and each non-metropolitan county. The median income in our area is $104,600 in 2023. 
 


 
Use of AI in Applications Processing 
 
 
We employ generative AI technology to analyze all the supporting documents you provide with your applications. Once you attach a document, the AI will interpret the content and explain its decision based on its understanding. Should the AI interpretation be incorrect, there's no need for concern. Our dedicated Case Managers will personally review the specific document for a comprehensive evaluation.
