Planning and Development is currently overseeing the planning process for the U.S. Housing and Urban Development Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Planning Grant for the Paseo Gateway area. The department also recently completed overseeing the construction of two new affordable housing communities and the rehabilitation of a historic senior housing development.
