How do I apply?
Individuals wishing to apply for housing assistance programs may apply online
HERE.
Individuals who prefer physical/paper applications must visit the Housing Authority's Family Development and Learning Center at 299 Paseo Blvd, Kansas City, Missouri 64106, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The paper application should be completed and returned to the drop box in the lobby where the application was picked up.
The Housing Authority is committed to making reasonable accommodations when such accommodations may be necessary to afford persons with disabilities an equal opportunity to make a preliminary application. If an applicant needs an accommodation in order to complete the application process, such as needing the application read aloud or interpretation, contact the Tenant Selection Department at 816-968-4100, Option 3, a Housing Authority representative will be able to assist.
